Dr. Tracy Ye's Adventures in Acupuncture

Transitioning from Fertility Treatments to Maternity Care with Acupuncture

It's a joy to be able to say "congratulations" to a mother-to-be.  It's a regular thing in our clinic to get to say this--but for each woman, each couple, it's a big deal to hear.

We boast a 70-80% success rate for moving our couples from fertility treatment to maternity care. Now, over three walls in our clinic show off the happy faces of our families--complete with their latest newest additions.  It is truly the biggest influence on the happiness index that I feel as a doctor. Helping families grow is one of the most important things I get to do each and every week.

I've written a note on our facebook page that talks about the special things that acupuncture does in each trimester of a woman's pregnancy.  I talk, too, about the importance of acupuncture to ward off postpartum depression.

Read the note here: facebook note on using acupuncture to transition from fertility to maternity care

Then, be sure to watch the youtube video: video: acupuncture for maternity

Then, book your family consultation with our clinic: (650) 558-8118.

Then, share this will all your friends who are wanting new babies in 2016!

Wild Orange Essential Oil and Yummy Local Honey: An Organic Antidote for Greasy Foods

We've all been eating and eating and eating since Thanksgiving. It's time to help our digestive systems along.

One sure way to take good care of your digestive track is to drink a lot of water. Adding 4-5 drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil will help, too, and serve as a kind of boost for your digestive system. Adding in a spoonful of local honey will be an added lubricant to your digestive track, and heating the mix and drinking it as a kind of tea makes for a really sweet way to head into a deep, restful night.

You can order your oils through my website: www.mydoterra.com/drye

Many of you won't be heading for a restful night on New Year's eve.  As I write this, that's tomorrow! If you plan to be out celebrating the new year, please take a look at this facebook note I've left you with some doctor's advice about 3 things to be sure to do when you imbibe:
